Privacy Policy

Last updated August 15, 2026

The short version

This site collects nothing about you until you choose to send us something. The consultation form emails us what you type, and nothing else. Analytics only run if you accept them, and you can decline without losing any part of the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising.

This policy covers the website at vedastack.com, operated by VedaStack LLC (“VedaStack”, “we”). It does not cover our mobile applications, which carry their own privacy policies.

What we collect

When you submit the consultation form. We receive the name, email address, and message you write, plus the optional organization, role, project type, and timeline fields. That content is emailed to us so we can reply. We keep it in our email for as long as it is useful to the conversation and our records.

When you use the intention demo, if it is enabled. The sentence you type is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate a response and is returned to your browser. We do not store it.

Automatically, in server logs. Our host records standard request data — IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp — as part of serving and protecting the site. We use this only for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing faults.

Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. This sets cookies in your browser and shares usage data with Google. If you decline, the analytics script is never loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which will bring the choice back.

What we never do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
  • We do not run advertising or advertising trackers on this site.
  • We do not build profiles of visitors or attempt to identify you personally.
  • We do not use your consultation message to train AI models.

Services that process data for us

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and, where enabled, the Turnstile check that keeps automated spam off the contact form.
  • Resend — delivers the consultation form to our inbox.
  • Anthropic — generates the response in the intention demo, when that demo is enabled.
  • Google Analytics — usage measurement, only after you accept.

Each of these processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We share only what the service needs to do its job.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. We store your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again on every visit. If you accept analytics, Google sets its own cookies; if you decline, it does not.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Because the only personal information we hold is what you sent us through the form, a request to delete it means we delete that correspondence. Write to us using the consultation form and say what you would like.

Children

This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
