Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Premisely, an app by VedaStack LLC (“VedaStack”, “we”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Questions go to support@vedastack.com.
Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
What you add to Premisely is yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to you and to the people you share it with, as needed to run the service. When an item’s brand and model number are confirmed, you also allow us to add the brand, model number and category, with no link to you or your property, to Premisely’s shared product catalog. Only add content you have the right to add, and only invite or share with people you are entitled to share it with. What a tenant records at a property belongs to the property’s owner.
Acceptable use
Do not use Premisely to break the law, to store content that infringes anyone’s rights, to harass anyone, or to share someone else’s personal information without the right to. Do not try to reach data that is not yours, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer it.
Information in the app
Premisely helps you keep records, and some of them are read automatically, such as a model number from a photograph. Automatic readings can be wrong and are marked until someone confirms them. Check anything that matters before relying on it for safety, a warranty claim, insurance or a repair. Premisely is not professional advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.
Price
Premisely is free to use today. If we introduce paid plans, anything bought in the app is bought through the App Store, and we will tell you before anything you already use starts to cost money.
Ending
You can stop using Premisely and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Disclaimers
Premisely is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data beyond what the law requires. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
The App Store
If you downloaded Premisely from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for Premisely or its support.
Changes
We will post any change to these terms here with a new date, and tell you before a significant change takes effect.
